The Caring Hands Behind Every Experience

Eoin (Instructor and Therapist)

Eoin is a Neuromuscular Therapist and Sports Massage Therapist (NTC certified), with a clinical focus on pain management, injury recovery, and restoring functional movement. He is currently advancing his expertise through postgraduate studies in Osteopathy at ICOM, Cork — building on an already strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and hands-on bodywork.

Neuromuscular therapy sits at the core of his practice. It is a highly specialised approach to soft tissue treatment, addressing the root causes of pain and dysfunction rather than managing symptoms alone. Combined with sports massage, this gives Eoin a broad and effective toolkit — one that supports everyone from high-performance athletes to those dealing with chronic tension, postural issues, or the physical demands of everyday life.

In 2023, Eoin completed a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training in India, one of the most rigorous certifications available in the field. This deepened his understanding of movement mechanics, structural alignment, and the relationship between the nervous system and physical wellbeing — insights that now inform every aspect of his clinical work.

His ongoing studies in Osteopathy represent a natural progression: a commitment to understanding the body as an integrated system, and to offering care that is both thorough and evidence-informed.

Eoin works with people who want more than temporary relief — those looking for lasting change, a clearer understanding of their body, and a practitioner who takes the time to get it right.

Sanjam (Instructor & Therapist)

My journey into wellness began in 2013 with a meditation course through the Art of Living in India. What started as a single experience grew into something much deeper — a lifelong exploration of how we live in our bodies and minds.

I’ve been teaching yoga for over a decade, working with people of all ages, abilities, and needs. Whether that’s building strength and flexibility, supporting recovery, easing stress, or simply finding deeper rest. I meet people where they are.

My practice is grounded in a broad foundation of study and experience. I trained in Pilates to help people develop core strength, better posture, and a more practical awareness of how they move. A Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics deepened my understanding of the body from the inside out. And training in massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, and sound therapy taught me to see the body not just in movement, but in how it holds patterns, tension, and stress over time.

All of this shapes the space I try to create somewhere people can genuinely rest, release, and feel more at home in themselves.

Dance has always been my most natural form of expression. It doesn’t always show up obviously in what I do, but it’s quietly woven into all of it.
